May 09, 2008 Can they actually do that and get away with it?!
The biker event scheduled for the first weekend of May at the Lake County Fairgrounds was cancelled last minute. City officials cited this was due to, "safety issues" which left vendors, sponsors, and bikers with a lot of questions.
Attorney Peter Naylor and has been appointed to represent these vendors, and he was kind enough to join Libby this morning to help shed light on what happens next.
